Meet Our Team

We are licensed professional counselors with over 30 years of combined experience (in clinical and school settings) specializing in addressing issues related to trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, adjustment, self-esteem, academic motivation, grief and loss, family relationships and interpersonal conflict. We use a range of strategies to create an individualized plan to help you gain insight, develop healthy coping strategies and experience the benefits of improved well-being, relationships and quality of life.
